Modal properties not recognised

Hi,
I have a problem with the command: modalProperties in AnalysisStep. When I run the model, I see the following image.

Seemingly, there was not any error neither in the modeling nor the analysis, the results are obtained successfully. However, I cannot get the modal analysis report (participation factor or participation mass). I do not know if the problem is the eigen command, the partition or the necessity of defining the masses.
I was trying to solve it several days and would want you can help me.

When the arpack solver says "Starting vector is zero" it means that probably you don't have any dynamic DOF, i.e. free dofs with associated mass.

Did you define your mass properly?
