Goodmorning,
I wanted to report two strange behaviours of the "reverse" command:
- In some cases when you mirror a piece of the structure some faces are automatically reversed (local axis changed)
- when you reverse a face (change local axis) and then merge (or explode) the face returns to the original condition (local axis unchanged).
Is there a way to avoid it?
Thanks
Reverse faces
Re: Reverse faces
Dear Chiara,
You are right, when you change your CAD model, the user-define reversed flags, are reset to their original values, because behind the scenes, you are actually creating new surfaces/edges.
We are currently implementing the automatic transfer of the reverse-flag to the new geometries created after a cad command. We will let you know as soon as this implementation is ready
