However, I have another question. I am working with the same model, with the only difference being that the plates must not come into contact with each other. I would still like to connect these plates without them touching (i.e., without a node-to-node connection).

In the eigenvalue analysis, the plates currently deform independently. I would like them to move and deform together instead.
I didn't get this point. You don't want them to be connected, but they should still move together?
Could you clarify?

I want the parts to be connected to one another without directly touching—that is, based on the same principle as an Interaction.

However, when I connect them via an Interaction, they do not move together completely, but only partially.

You have overlapping constraints.
So you should use a fake analysis before the eigen to tell OpenSees NOT to use Transformation handler.
