PML element in STKO

I did not pay attention to the new updated as it was edited from the previous response.

As you mentionned earlier in your replay, that the implementation is quite stright forward for the PML. Can we do that for the 2D case . I guess this would help a lot to solve some 2D problems and quite easy to compare the implementation.
