vertical earthquake analysis
hello dear, i am working on the effective of vertical earthquake and i am modeling the soil the problem is the input and output at base not the same i try to reduce mesh, but same things, can you help me to solve this?

First I noticed some oscillation in your monitor.
Don't use TRBF2 integrator with algorithms that do not update the tangent everytime. Change it to newmark.

Regarding the issue: I noticed that the input acceleration at the base and the output (recorded) acceleration at the same location are not identical. My understanding is that for a correct implementation of the boundary conditions, the input motion and the response at the base node should match. Could you please clarify if this expectation is correct? If not, what differences are normally expected?
Also, I would appreciate guidance on how to include the third (vertical) component of the earthquake in my analysis. Right now I am only applying the two horizontal components, and I want to make sure I implement the vertical one correctly in OpenSees.

i fixed the soil now i have the compilate model for SPSS, but i have problem with the vertical displacement is zero can you help me to find the mistake
