Installation problem

Hi!

I am trying to download the setup in another machine but it is appear an error message during the installation (I attach the message in the image). If I press Ignore, the message keeps appearing. What is the problem about that?

Are you sure the old STKO is closed while installing the new one?

Yes, I am sure that the old STKO is closed during the installation. I am still having this problem, and if I press "Ignore", the Setup start to ignoring not only files related with the License but everything about the program.

Case 1: The STKO installer got corrupted for some reason. Try to download it again.
Case 2: Are you sure no antivirus is blocking the installer?
