Re: positive and negative stresses

dear STKO team,

I'm performing a gravity analysis on a double-interlocking beam subjected to uniformly distributed load, but I have some difficulties with the results obtained.
In order to catch the actions in the output I used the recorder element command, as shown in "photo_0".
In "photo_1" the ...

Re: positive and negative stresses

The same thing applies to the bending Moment (M), Shear (V) and Axial sforce (N)?

Thanks in advance!

positive and negative stresses

Dear STKO team,
I have some problems concerning the stresses: in the post processing of STKO I obtain positive and negative values (FOTO 2) as it should be, whereas in the tcl file I obtain just negative values ( The red column in FOTO 3).. I can't understand why. Can you help me?

thanks in advance

Re: RE:Post processing visualization of stresses and integration points

Dear STKO team,

I found how to see V in the elements of my model, but I need to see the values close to the nodes (as marked in violet in the picture "Taglio (1)"). I need them in order to perform the shear verifications.
Is it possible to extract a sort of table in which there are the shear ...

Re: Issue in convergence

Dear STKO team,

I'm trying to perform a pushover analysis with a Modal-proportional-load-pattern, but I have several issues during the analysis. (shown "issues_pushover")
Can you help me?

Thanks in advance

Re: running multiple time histories

Dear STKO team,
I'm trying to run a parametric analysis, but I obtain some errors in the model.
The procedure for the parametric analysis that I'm doing is the following:

- I created TCL files with the Write Input File command
- I opened a command shell in the directory in which I generated the ...

Re: Pushover Analysis

Thanks for the advice! I've changed from displacement control to load control. I was using displacement control in order to catch the post-peak behaviour.
Concerning the 2 point I can't understand what you wrote.. in the model I have well-defined plastic hinge length, in order to consider them ...

Pushover Analysis

Dear STKO team,
I'm trying to perform a pushover analysis in the following model.
I'm getting always the same issue (represented in the image called "Foto 1"), and I can't get the capacity curve ( as it's shown in the image called "Foto 2")

Can you help me?

Thanks in advance
