Re: Coupling wall/coating in diagonal compression test

Thank you for your reply.
Please find below some additional details:
-the middle layer is the masonry wall;
-the other two layers are coatings made of fiber-reinforced mortar;
-the two layers are connected to the middle one using equaldof constraints, with the middle layer defined as the master ...

Coupling wall/coating in diagonal compression test

Dear STKO staff, dear Colleagues,
I am working on the modelling of a wall strengthened with a fiber-reinforced mortar. To avoid excessive computation time, I decided to work in 2D using 2D faces and model "Damage TC3D".
With this approach, I obtained satisfactory results for the configuration ...

Diagonal compression test-no iterations

I'm working on a diagonal compression test of irregular masonry using the ASDConcrete3D material, but the analysis is not running, as shown in the attached screenshot.
As suggested in some forum topics, I also tried changing the solver, but the issue still persists.
Please help.

three points bending test

Hallo,
as first, I want to thanks for your support.
I would interest in simulating 3p bending test of prismatic specimens of 40x40x160 mm dimensions, made of lime-based mortar strengthened with short fibers of different nature: Sisal, PVA, Basalt, glass. The aim is to evaluate the contribution of ...
