The model is giving you problems because you didn't put any masses.
2021-02-25 15_30_58-STKO (Version 2.0.0) - PreProcessor [TRY NEW ONE_].png
If you put them the analysis will work fine.
2021-02-25 15_30_58-STKO (Version 2.0.0) - PreProcessor [TRY NEW ONE_]_2.png ...

I remade the model without walls and membranes on sap2000 and found the same precise modal results as STKO.

Hi Zeeshanbhat,
You did not assign the sections at 4 columns of the ground floor, also the master node constraint is missing in the constraint pattern.

having removed the walls, the only thing that differentiates the 2 models now is the floor diaphragms, try removing the membranes as well in ETABS.
Can you send me the ETABS output of the time vs displacement? That way I can do some testing with STKO.
